EXHIBITION
The exhibition gives an
overview of the scholars featured on the walking tour; it includes
archival material, footage and memorabilia
The exhibition is constantly evolving and growing to include new
features such as Voices, audio, and where possible, visual
recordings of previous scholars talking about their experiences of
being at Oxford University.
The Black Oxford exhibition is divided into five themes:

EXHIBITION HIRE
The Black Oxford
exhibition is available for hire by schools, colleges, libraries,
community groups and corporate organisations.

WALKING TOUR
Book our Black Oxford Tour to hear their previously untold stories
of the University of Oxford many Black scholars.
The tour lasts for two hours and is delivered by accredited Black
Oxford Tour Guides. The Tour features the lives and contribution of
Oxford University Black scholars from Africa, the Caribbean, the USA
and England, and includes entrance to a number of colleges.
Tours take place at weekends between June and November. The morning
tour departs at 11.00am. The afternoon tour departs at 2.00pm.
COSTS
The Black Oxford Tour costs £7.00 per adult and £3.00 for children
under 16 years old. Cost includes admission to colleges open* to
tour guides on that day. Most colleges are open between 2.00pm and
5.00pm.
