The Management Service was
born out of the Philosophy of combining and interlocking
administration, and accounts with marketing to create
individualised businesses (utilising the service) in the
attempt to gain, retain and increase one’s business
lifelines. So as one moves more and more into the realms of
organisations being driven and influenced by ‘Marketing
Power’ we assess a re-packaging of the fundamentals of
marketing & management practices for clients.
Our Business is not just a
repackaging of management principles, neither is it a new
phenomenon. PMS is indeed a new label for what few
Businesses have always tried to do, i.e. communicate
marketing with management.
Organisations such as ours
have to firstly define the industry / market that clients
are operating in (and /or) who need to have high flexibility
in order to respond to ever increasing customer wants.
PMS has a ‘new’
technological spine to it that facilitates: immediacy (i.e.
delivery); interactivity, between all areas of the business,
from management departments to customer relationships with
intermediaries; individualisation (of the service);
integration (of data across media and across the business
life); independence of location and intelligence (informed
strategies).
It follows that a clear set
of key strategic issues relayed and /or put in-place in
order that we as a management organisations can use or
combine skills as the power to create real value for clients
and their stakeholders.
With the required finance
(Business projected plans) in place, this then will enables
us to complete our Business restructuring. |
